Built on the handshake standard.
Cornerstone is a small, owner-run operation that treats every home like it's the only one on the schedule.
Bradley Grimm
Bradley Grimm has been fixing houses for years, long before he put his name on a truck. He started Cornerstone after watching too many homeowners pay good money for work that never got done right, and pay way more than the job was worth on top of it. He built this company on the opposite values: do it right the first time, charge a fair price, and earn your trust by keeping our word. Trustworthy, honest, and here to make a difference.
Today, Cornerstone is small on purpose. Bradley answers the phone, quotes the job, shows up, and signs off on the work. If you leave a voicemail, you're leaving it for the person who'll actually be in your house, not a dispatcher in another state.
Four rules we don't break.
Show up when we say we will.
A time window is a promise, not a suggestion. If something delays us, you'll know before the appointment, not after.
Do it once and do it right.
No band-aids, no shortcuts, no "that'll hold for now." We do the fix we'd want in our own home, with materials we'd trust on our own roof.
Leave it cleaner than we found it.
Drop cloths come in, dust gets vacuumed, boots come off. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there, except the problem is gone.
Clear, honest pricing.
You know the cost before we pick up a tool. If the scope changes mid-job, we stop and tell you. No surprises at the end.
