Terms of Service

The plain-language rules for working with Cornerstone Property Management.

Last updated: May 2, 2026

1. Who we are

Cornerstone Property Management is owned and operated by Bradley Grimm. "Cornerstone," "we," "us," and "our" all refer to Cornerstone Property Management.

2. Using this website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to help you request service. By using the site, you agree not to misuse it. No attempts to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with it or with other visitors.

Content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Cornerstone or used with permission. Don't copy it for your own business.

3. Service requests

Submitting a contact form or calling us is a request for service, not a binding agreement. A job isn't scheduled until we confirm it with you directly, in writing or by phone.

4. Estimates, pricing, and payment

We try to give clear, honest pricing before we pick up a tool. Estimates are based on the information you give us and what we can see. If the scope changes once work begins (hidden damage, additional materials, etc.), we'll tell you before continuing.

Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods are agreed on a per-job basis and confirmed on the invoice.

5. Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something we did isn't right, call us and we'll make it right. Warranty details are spelled out on a per-job basis depending on the trade, manufacturer, and parts involved.

6. Cancellations & access

If you need to reschedule, give us as much notice as you can. If we show up for a scheduled visit and can't get access to the property, a trip fee may apply.

7. Limitations

Cornerstone is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage we did not cause, or losses arising from circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in the county where the work was performed.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with the "last updated" date, is the version in effect.

10. Contact
