When you request service, contact us, or receive work from Cornerstone Property Management, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you share about the job. If you contact us through the website, we also receive basic technical information from your browser (IP address, device type, referrer).
We do not collect payment card information on this website. Payments are handled directly between you and Bradley Grimm.
2. How we use your information
We use your information only to schedule work, communicate about a job, send invoices, and respond to questions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
3. Who we share it with
We only share your information with people who need it to complete work you've asked for, for example a sub-trade brought in for a specific job, or when required by law. Any sub-trade we work with is expected to treat your information with the same care we do.
4. How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as needed to support the work, honor warranties, and meet tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete records that are no longer required.
5. Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bradleyg@thecornerstone.llc and we'll take care of it.
6. Cookies & analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies needed to make pages work correctly. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add basic analytics in the future (for example, to see which services pages are most visited), this policy will be updated.
